Dr. Delainey Ogden

Born in Edmonton and raised across Canada and the U.S., I’ve called many places home—Kentucky, Texas, Nova Scotia, and Sherwood Park—but Sherwood Park has always held a special place in my heart. After completing junior high here and graduating from Bev Facey High School in 2017, I went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Business from the University of Alberta.

I later moved to London, Ontario, to attend Western University’s Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, where I completed my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Upon graduation, I was deeply humbled to be named the first recipient of the Dr. Grace Yuen Memorial Award, which recognizes excellence in service, inclusion, and fairness.

What I love most about dentistry is the opportunity to really get to know my patients, many of whom begin to feel like family. Building trust and working together as a team to achieve lasting oral health is at the heart of how I practice. I feel incredibly grateful to be a part of the team at Broadmoor Place Dental Center, a clinic that shares these values. I’ve also been lucky to be mentored by Dr. Buckley, whose support has guided me from high school through to my current role as a dentist.

Outside the clinic, I’m happiest spending time with my husband Marshall, whom I met while volunteering at our church in Sherwood Park. He’s been my rock through every chapter of this journey and even made the move with me to London for dental school. We’re both thrilled to be back in Alberta—especially to cheer on our beloved Edmonton Oilers on home soil!

In my spare time, I love staying active. Whether it’s out on the golf course, doing a pilates class, lifting weights, or going for a run. I also enjoy winding down by cooking for friends and family. Sharing a good meal and good conversation is one of my favourite ways to spend time.

I’m truly honoured to serve the Sherwood Park community and to care for patients in a place that has always felt like home. Whether you’re coming in for a routine check-up or working toward long-term oral health goals, I look forward to meeting you, getting to know your story, and being part of your dental care journey.
